The ideal candidate would processes not less than 10 years of robust experience in biotech/ healthcare investment banking, venture capital, or corporate finance, with a strong focus on executing cross-border capital projects for research-driven life science enterprises. 

Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies: 

• Biotech Transaction Execution: Highly proficient in structuring and executing pre-IPO equity financing, strategic investments, M&A, and financial advisory tailored for biotech R&D firms. Well-versed in HKEX listing requirements for biotech companies and mainland regulatory frameworks.

• Industry & Investor Network: Backed by 10 years of established networks across healthcare industry funds, institutional investors, life science industrial parks, and strategic corporate partners in mainland China and Hong Kong.

• Pre-IPO Project Management: Brings over 10 years of experience in financial team management, due diligence coordination, business framework building, and risk compliance, driving our capital expansion and investor relations forward.

• Risk Management & Compliance: Possesses sharp market acumen, project risk identification, and compliance management skills to ensure the secure execution of all pre-IPO financing and strategic investment activities. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience. 

Remuneration: HK$35,000 or above per month, with a discretionary year-end incentive dependent on performance.

The ideal candidate would possess deep domain expertise in financing, strategic restructuring, M&A, private equity, and capital operations tailored for the high-tech and life sciences sectors. 

This role requires deep expertise in IPOs, refinancing, M&A, private equity, capital operations, and institutional management. 

Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies:

• Biotech & Cross-Border Capital Expertise: Deeply proficient in primary and secondary market financial operations, including pre-IPO equity financing, cross-border M&A, restructuring, and strategic corporate finance specifically for high-growth biotech and R&D enterprises. Well-versed in Hong Kong listing rules (such as Chapter 18A for biotech companies) and mainland A-share regulatory systems. 

• Top-Tier Executive Network in Healthcare & Capital: Leverages years of accumulated, high-level relationships with mainland regulatory authorities, leading biopharmaceutical enterprises, life science industry funds, and institutional investors—crucial for securing pre-IPO strategic investments and driving valuation. 

• Corporate Governance & IPO Readiness: Decades of experience in financial leadership, R&D/business framework building, internal risk control, and compliance operation. Fully equipped to guide our group through pre-IPO restructuring, corporate governance enhancement, and cross-border strategic positioning. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).

• 30+ years of senior industry experience in Hong Kong and China's securities and investment banking sector. 

Remuneration: HK$65,000 or above per month, with a discretionary year-end incentive dependent on performance.

Job Description
 

• Science communication: content creation, verbal and written communication, website, and PowerPoint presentation.

• Support investor communications and IPO-related materials.

• Assist in public relations events in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and overseas.

• Assist in cross-functional project administration and documentation.

• Facilitate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams including academic, biotech, and business.

 Qualifications and Skills:
   

• Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences with at least 3 years of work experience in relevant fields.

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.

• Candidates with a science degree plus language minors or prior science communication work experience are preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Proficiency in graphical design is a plus.

• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
