簡介

 

PD-1異構體是免疫檢查點PD-1分子的獨特異構體。與野生型PD-1分子的免疫調節功能不同,PD-1異構體能夠促進炎症反應。

 

PD-1 異構體抑制平台能有效減低炎症反應

我們的抗PD-1異構體抗體專利平台能有效阻止PD-1異構體與其關聯受體的相互作用,從而達到減低炎症反應的效果,繼而降低炎症引發的病理異常。

 

PD-1異構體抑制平台在腫瘤抑制中的作用

PD-1異構體誘導的炎症反應可導致T細胞衰竭和功能喪失,令到腫瘤細胞不能被清除。我們正在評估此抗體平台對逆轉T細胞衰竭來治療癌症的潛在治療效果。
